The tasting will take place inside of their DeCicco’s Brewster Bar at their store on 50 Independent Way, Brewster, from 6 to 10 p.m. Only 150 tickets are being sold for the event.
“We’re modeling our Grand Tasting after some of the best beer tastings we’ve been to around the world,” co-owner Chris DeCicco said. “For craft beer fanatics like us, this tap list is a bit of a dream lineup. I’ve never seen a lineup like this in one event before, so I’m proud to make it a reality.”
Co-owner Joe DeCicco, Jr. added, “This is a signature event of Hudson Valley Craft Beer Week, so we wanted to strike the perfect balance of offering the best local beers around from the amazing local breweries in Hudson Valley, along with an expansive selection that showcases the best craft beers the world has to offer. New York, particularly upstate New York, has so much to offer craft beer-wise. We’re very lucky to be in the center of that.”
The fest will feature over 30 rare, world-class craft beers, as well as a lineup of renowned DeCicco & Sons delicious chef-prepared food pairings to go along with them. This event is the culmination of years of planning, with multiple varieties of rare craft beers being made available for this night only. The Grand Tasting's tap list includes (subject to change):
