YMCA Plans To Sell Mamaroneck Avenue Buildings One of Westchester’s biggest and busiest YMCA locations is selling its home. Officials from the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester announced on Tuesday their intention to list its Mamaroneck Avenue home in White Plains for sale, with a plan to move to a non-facility YMCA model, which offers new services for members.
