Attempted Murder/Suicide 'Will Take Time To Process,' Says Westchester Correction Commissioner Westchester County Correction Commissioner Joseph Spano is preaching patience as the investigation continues into a fatal love triangle shooting involving three off-duty officers. Shots rang out in a Yonkers home at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7 on Buckingham Road.
