Purse, Wallet, Credits Cards Stolen From Unlocked Vehicles In Fairfield County Police are reminding residents once again to lock their vehicles and remove valuables after three vehicles were burglarized in Fairfield County. The incidents took place on Thursday, March, 18 in New Canaan, said New Canaan Police Chief Leon Krolikowski.  The first incident was reported around 9:06 a.m. on March 18, when police responded to a residence on White Oak Shade Lane on a report of two vehicles entered. Duo Nabbed Breaking Into Parked Cars In Westchester Police nabbed two men allegedly attempting to break into parked vehicles in Westchester. The incident took place last week when officers on the midnight tour in Harrison received a call from a resident on Cooper Place who had been alerted by their Ring camera to suspicious activity in the area, said the Harrison Police. Officers quickly responded to the scene and were able to nab the two men.  Both were arrested and charged with attempted petit larceny and their vehicle was impounded.
