Motorists can expect delays on a busy stretch of the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester during daytime roadwork. The incident happened on Monday, July 8 around 7:20 p.m. on the southbound Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown near Granite Knolls Park, according to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police.
