Nearly a dozen districts in Westchester will be participating in an all-new enforcement program that will use artificial intelligence to catch those who illegally pass stopped school buses, officials announced. Taconic Parkway Reopens After Rollover Crash Involving School Bus
Update All lanes on the Taconic State Parkway have reopened after a crash earlier Wednesday morning involving a school bus. Original report All southbound lanes and one northbound lane of the Taconic State Parkway are closed due to a school bus crash, according to the New York State Police. Westchester School Employee Pleads Guilty To Stealing $10,000 From District
The longtime Tarrytown Union Free School District secretary and Putnam County resident accused of stealing more than $10,000 from her employer has pleaded guilty to a corruption charge. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Thursday that Lake Peekskill resident Carol Ressa, 53, has pleaded guilty to a felony count of third-degree grand larceny as a public corruption crime.
