Police Dish Out 23 Tickets In Speed Enforcement Detail In Westchester School Zones Nearly two dozen tickets were doled out by New York State Police troopers on Thursday as they conducted special enforcement details targeting distracted drivers speeding in school zones. On Monday, April 29, troopers conducted their enforcement detail in school zones in Westchester County. During the detail, a total of 23 tickets were dished out, 22 of which were speeding. Earlier this year, troopers handed out a total of 21 traffic tickets during a similar detail in Somers, including six school zone speeding tickets, five drivers were nabbed for not wearing seatbelts, two distracted …
