Police Investigating Armed Robbery Of Gas Station In Northern Westchester Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Northern Westchester gas station by a man armed with a handgun. The incident took place around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31, in Peekskill at the Sunoco at 980 Washington St., when the man, wearing a mask, entered the store and demanded cash from the lone employee, said Peekskill Police Lt. Jack Galusha. The clerk turned over an undetermined amount of cash and the man fled the store in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the robbery and no arrest have been made. Galusha said the incident remains under investigation.
