Child Porn Suspect Faces New Charge In Stamford A 29-year-old man convicted 10 years ago for having sex with a pre-teen girl in a mall parking garage, has been arrested again for violating his probation, according to the Connecticut State Department of Corrections.  Brien Pennell of Stamford was arrested after his probation officer was tipped off that he was in possession of electronic devices, which is against his probation parameters, reported the Stamford Advocate.
