The duo is in the area filming a new Netflix series based on the 1981 movie "The Four Seasons," which starred Carol Burnet and Alan Alda. Chevy Chase Heads Home To Bedford Playhouse BEDFORD, N.Y. -- This holiday season, actor Chevy Chase told an appreciative crowd just how much he enjoyed playing a man who had most everything go wrong one Christmas vacation. Through the Bedford Playhouse, Chase was on hand on Dec. 19 for a special event at Historical Hall, a location the Playhouse has been using for gatherings leading up to the completion of renovations.
