Katonah Man Charged With DWI In I-84 Stop Nearly two dozen motorists were removed from the roadway by New York State Police troopers recently for alleged impaired drivers. Local residents charged:  Dutchess County On Friday, April 12, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Sharon Y. Eady, 52, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony. She was traveling on Church Street in Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Wednesday, Nov. 21, State Police troopers from Somers arrested James G. Donofrio, 51, of North Castle, for DWI.
