Man Charged After Dog Attack In Area, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged after two of his dogs allegedly got loose and attacked a miniature horse. Brian Andronaco Sr., age 58, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 19, in Wilton. He was charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police.
