What Now After Westchester Pavilion Mall Project Stalls?
Nearly two years after a $275 million development project at the old Westchester Pavillion mall in White Plains was approved, the city continues to wait for progress from developers.
A development to replace the mall, featuring two, 24-story residential towers was expected to bring up to 1,400 new residents to White Plains once completed. Instead, development has stalled as they await a new plan for the site from developers.
