Those who frequently crave burgers, fries, and milkshakes will want to look out for a new Shake Shack location set to open at a Westchester shopping center.
A new Shake Shack restaurant will open at the Ridge Hill shopping center in Yonkers at the former P.F. Chang's space in 2025.
The 3,749-square-foot eatery will be the second Shake Shack to open its doors in the city and will serve a variety of burgers, chicken bites, handspun milkshakes, fries, lemonades, and more.

Michelin-Starred Inn At Pound Ridge Owner To Open New Restaurant
A Michelin-starred chef who owns multiple popular restaurants in the region will soon debut his first Connecticut eatery in Fairfield County.
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, of Inn at Pound Ridge fame, will open Happy Monkey in Greenwich in late spring, according to representatives.
The restaurant will be located at 376 Greenwich Ave. and will offer Latin-inspired cuisine, including small and large plates, crudos, salads, tacos, and more.

Popular Westchester Restaurant Opens Brand-New Location
A popular restaurant chain that specializes in tacos is debuting a brand-new location in Fairfield County.
The Taco Project opened a new location at 1111 High Ridge Road in Stamford in mid-April 12, according to a representative.
The owners also operate Westchester County locations in Tarrytown, Yonkers, Bronxville, and Pleasantville.
The restaurants offer a wide selection of tacos including chicken, fish, steak, shrimp, chorizo, cajun salmon, veggie, and more.
The Taco Project also serves burritos and burrito bowls, along with quesadillas and salads.
Popular Restaurant Chain To Open New Location In Northern Westchester
A popular restaurant chain known for its salads is opening a new location in Westchester County.
The new Sweetgreen location will be in Chappaqua and opening day is on Tuesday, April 19, according to representatives.
The 3,280 square-foot restaurant, located at 480 North Bedford Road Suite #D-5, can accommodate 44 guests inside and 16 guests outdoors.
Sweetgreen's rotating menu features spring offerings, which will be available through May, including Chicken Chimichurri Bowl, Mushroom Chimichurri Bowl, and Chimichurri Protein Plate, representatives announced.
