Northern Westchester Man Accused Of Raping 15-Year-Old Girl: Police
Two men face sex offense-related charges in the Hudson Valley, including a 28-year-old from Northern Westchester who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl, police said. Both suspects, identified as 28-year-old Montrose resident Adrian Chomiw and 26-year-old Putnam Valley resident Erick J.
