Born May 26, 1955 in Port Chester, NY she was the daughter of the late John E. and Norma Dean (Lasher) Hilpl of Pound Ridge. Pound Ridge Boy, 6, Dies After Battle With Brain Cancer Lucas Harashima of Pound Ridge died Wednesday surrounded by his family following a battle with  DIPG, an aggressive brain tumor DIPG, an aggressive brain tumor that has no known cause or cure. He was 6 years old. Lucas, who fought bravely for 18 months,  inspired all who knew him.
