Westchester Woman, 32, Shot, Killed In Massachusetts
A Westchester County woman was shot to death in Massachusetts while sitting in a vehicle.
Stephanie Olivieri, 32, of Yonkers, died after being shot once while sitting in the vehicle in Pittsfield, Massachusetts near the intersection of Columbus Avenue and South John Street around 3:22 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 25, said Andy McKeever, a spokesman for the Berkshire District Attorney's Office.
Olivieri, formerly of Becket, Massachusetts, died at Berkshire Medical Center shortly after the shooting.

A longtime childcare provider from the area died Sunday, Aug. 25, at age 54.
Kellie Wood died at her home in Dover Plains.
Wood was a childcare provider at Astor Head Start Dutchess County Day Care for over 20 years.
Born on January 20, 1965, in Pittsfield, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Richard G. and Ann Marie (Sitzman) Vickery.
She was a graduate of Dover High School class of 1983. On May 27, 1984, in Pound Ridge, she married Roslyn J. Wood who survives at home.

Mark Vincent Of Somers, Marketing Professional For Northwell Health, Dies At 49
Husband and father Mark R. Vincent of Somers, a marketing professional at Northwell Health, died Saturday, Aug. 10, at age 49, of multiple myeloma.
He was born on Sept. 13, 1969, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, to Brian and Patricia Vincent.
He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western New England University and a master’s degree in finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
On Oct. 9, 1993, he married his high school sweetheart, Mary (Munn). In addition to Mary, he is survived by two boys, Sean and Ryan.

Woman, Man Caught With Stolen Gun After Taconic Parkway Traffic Stop
A traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County led to drug and weapon charges for a pair in possession of an allegedly stolen revolver.
New York State Police troopers stopped Pittsfield, Mass. resident Charece Boatwright, 29, and Bronx resident Anthony Jackson, 25, on June 14 in East Fishkill, after spotting her 2000 Ford Taurus committing a vehicle and traffic law violation on the parkway.
