Rollover Crash: 2 Sent To Hospital After Hudson Valley Wreck A person had to be extricated from a wrecked vehicle following a rollover crash in the Hudson Valley that sent two victims to the hospital.  The incident happened in Putnam County on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 18, when crews responded to a rollover crash on Route 9 in Garrison, according to the Garrison Volunteer Fire Company.  Once first responders arrived, one of the car's occupants was extricated after becoming trapped inside. Flash Flood Causes Over 200 People To Become Stranded On Train In Hudson Valley In the midst of a severe storm that dumped a deluge of rainfall on the Hudson Valley, over 200 people became stuck on a train that could not proceed because of flash flooding.  The incident happened in Putnam County on Sunday night, July 9, when first responders were sent to the Manitou Train Station in Philipstown during a severe storm system to provide help to passengers who had become stuck on a train there.  According to the Philipstown Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 225 people had become stranded on the train because of flash flooding that had covered the tracks.  …
