The Taco Project Opens Third Location In Westchester The Mexican eatery known as The Taco Project is officially opening the doors of its third Westchester location Thursday, March 21. With existing locations in Tarrytown and Yonkers, the new store can be found at 65 Pondfield Road in Bronxville.
