NY Man Threatened To Kill Members Of Congress After Capitol Riot, Feds Say
A 37-year-old man who was once an Occupy Wall Street activist and later became a Trump fanatic has been charged with threatening to murder U.S. officials including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, soon-to-be Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York City.
Brendan Hunt, of Queens, also known as “X-Ray Ultra,” was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 19 in Queens and is being detained pending trial, said Seth D. DuCharme, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.

Cuomo, Ocasio-Cortez, Clintons Among Democratic National Convention Speakers
Some prominent New York politicians are among the speakers announced for the virtual Democratic National Convention.
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Clintons, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are all on the list of speakers scheduled for the convention, which will run from Monday, Aug. 17 through Thursday, Aug. 20.
Cuomo is scheduled to speak on the first night of the convention along with Sen. Bernie Sanders, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, and former Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican.

Incoming House Appropriations Chair Nita Lowey of Westchester, a close ally of House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, said "yes" to a long list of possible investigative targets within the Trump Administration.
