Man Under Influence Charged In Area Domestic Dispute, Police Say An allegedly intoxicated man is facing a criminal charge in Yorktown following an early morning domestic incident where he allegedly violated an Order of Protection by drinking, police said. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a Lavole Court residence shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, where there was a report of the domestic incident in progress.
