Lane Reduction To Slow Traffic On Busy Interstate In Northern Westchester: Here's Where Traffic on a stretch of I-684 in Westchester and Fairfield counties is set to be affected by a series of lane reductions, officials announced.  Both directions of Interstate 684 in North Castle and Greenwich, between Exit 2 (Route 120) and Exit 3 (Route 22) will be reduced to one lane on Wednesday, Sept. 4, and Thursday, Sept. 5, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The lane closures will be put into place between 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 5 a.m. on Thursday.  The traffic impacts will allow crews to perform bridge work, officials said.

Lane Closure: I-84 In Hudson Valley To Be Affected A lane closure will impact traffic on a busy highway in the Hudson Valley for numerous days, officials are warning.  Beginning on Sunday, May 21, one lane of Interstate 84 eastbound and westbound in Putnam County from Exit 58 (Ludingtonville Road) in Kent to the Connecticut state line will close, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will last from Sunday, May 21 through Thursday, May 25 as well as Tuesday, May 30 through Thursday, June 1 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.   The lane closure is to accommodate roadway striping, officials said.&nbs…

New Lane Closure To Affect Busy Westchester County Roadway An upcoming lane closure will soon be in place on a busy road in Westchester County.  On Wednesday, Nov. 2, and Thursday, Nov. 3, one lane will close along the Hutchinson River Parkway northbound and southbound between Exit 4 (U.S. Route 1) in Pelham Manor, and Exit 8 (Cross County Parkway) in Mount Vernon, New York Department of Transportation officials announced.  The closure will last between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on both days to allow for construction activities, officials said.
