The occupants allegedly removed items from a mailbox in front of a home. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 12:10 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8, in Tomkins Cove. According to Stony Point Police Lt. Daniel Schoales, responding officers located a vehicle matching the description on Mott Farm Road. Natanel Collado, 32, of Danbury, was arrested around 2:45 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 21, after troopers stopped his vehicle on I-84 in Danbury, state police said.
