A man who ran over and killed a Hudson Valley gas station attendant was sentenced Thursday to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
Milton Galdamez-Pena, 22, of Newburgh, who pleaded guilty in November to felony leaving the scene, in connection with the July 30, automobile crash that killed a gas station employee in the City of Newburgh.
