Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department received a tip shortly after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from a passerby who reported a one-vehicle crash on Innes Road. Driver Takes Police On High-Speed Chase In Westchester Before Crashing Into Tree A 23-year-old man with a dozen suspensions on his license took officers on a short high-speed chase in Westchester before it came to a crashing halt when he struck an ornamental tree, police said.
