4-Month-Old Boy Found Dead At Area Home, Police Say Police are investigating after a 4-month boy was found dead at a home in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County in Monsey on Wednesday, Jan. 19, according to Det. Sgt. Michael Higgins, of the Ramapo Police.  When police responded they found the child unresponsive, Higgins said. "There were no signs of foul play or trauma," Higgins said.  Investigators are waiting for a cause of death from the medical examiner's office, but believe it may be medical.  An investigation is underway.  This is a developing story. Medical Examiner Will Determine Why 4-Month-Old Died In Stamford Stamford police said the cause of death of a four-month-old baby girl from Tennessee who was found dead in a local hotel will likely be due to a medical issue. Police were notified of the death around 7 a.m. Saturday after the mother woke up at the America Best Value Inn in Stamford and found her small daughter was not breathing. The mother, 25-year-old Bethany Broyles of Elizabethton, Tenn., immediately called 911, said Sgt. Paul Guzda.
