Suspect In Package Fraud Case Charged In Westchester A man wanted by Greenwich police for fraudulently using another person's credit cards to make online purchases was nabbed in Westchester. Wai Chung Khoong, 38, of Brooklyn, was picked up at the Westchester County Jail by Greenwich Police on Thursday, Sept. 19, after he arrested on a warrant by Port Chester Police in New York, said Lt. John Slusarz. Caregiver Charged With Theft, Illegal Use Of Credit Card In New Canaan A 25-year-old woman turned herself into New Canaan police on a warrant for failure to appear after allegedly committing credit card fraud while working as a caregiver in 2014. Tyetianna Owens-Coles, of Jonesboro, Georgia, was arrested Wednesday for credit card theft, larceny, forgery, and illegal use of a credit card, that took place while she was working in New Canaan, police said. She is being held on $10,000 bond.

Woman Nabbed For Making Purchases With Debit Card Stolen At New Canaan Historical Society Event A woman was arrested on a warrant for stealing a debit card during a New Canaan Historical Society event and charging items, police said. Sharon Toscano, 44, of Norwalk, turned herself in to New Canaan Police in connection with the June event, said New Canaan Police Lt. Jason Ferraro.
