Hearing Set For Chef Accused Of Taking Pics Up Women's Skirts An area chef accused of taking pictures up women's skirts in New Canaan is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial hearing later this month. Patrick Bowdoin, 37, of Norwalk, was arrested in March for taking photos and videos under the skirts of at least 12 women with his cellphone, according to New Canaan Police.
