Orange County resident Jeffrey Griffin, of Pine Bush, died Friday, Aug. 19, from injuries sustained in a wreck that occurred in the Town of Crawford, police said. New Canaan Youth Sports Coach Killed In Massachusetts Crash A New Canaan man died after crashing his truck on Interstate 195 in Dartmouth, Mass., on Friday. Richard Carroll was killed around 3 p.m. Friday, July 20, after his 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 4-by-4 pickup truck hit the Highland Avenue overpass bridge, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office. He was the lone occupant of the vehicle. The crash is under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police.
