'Erratic' Driver Nabbed For DWI After Traffic Stop In Hudson Valley: Police A 61-year-old woman is facing drunk driving charges after being stopped on a Hudson Valley roadway, police said. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16 in Putnam County, when deputies from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Route 9 near Old West Point Road in Philipstown after receiving a call about an "erratic driver." Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, according to the Sheriff's Office. The incident leading to the man's arrest began in Putnam County just before 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, when a Kent Police officer saw a vehicle driving erratically on Route 311, according to the department. Man Caught Speeding Under The Influence, New Canaan Police Say A New Canaan man was busted for driving under the influence after officers spotted him speeding. Clayton Burt, 20, was arrested early Friday after an officer on patrol observed a vehicle traveling 60 mph in a posted 40 mph speed zone, said New Canaan Lt. Jason Ferraro. While speaking with Burt during the stop, the officer detected signs of impairment and a field sobriety test was administered which he failed, Ferraro said. Burt was taken into custody and transported to headquarters for processing. Once there he refused to take a blood-alcohol test.  He was released after posting $250 bond…
