Greenwich Woman Nabbed For DUI Following Hit-Run Crash, Police Say A Fairfield County woman was charged with allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence after she was stopped for fleeing the scene of a crash. Traci Dawn Clark, age 48, of Greenwich, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 30 after she failed to maintain her lane and collided with another vehicle causing damage, said Capt. John Slusarz of the Greenwich Police. Man Accused Of Fleeing Scene Of Crash In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested following a crash in which he struck two mailboxes and two utility police before fleeing. The crash took place around 6:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 1, in the area of the 200 block of Smith Ridge Road (Route 123) in New Canaan. According to New Canaan PD Lieutenant Jason Ferraro, when officers arrived on the scene they found that a vehicle has gone off the road and struck two mailboxes and two utility poles, damaging all. The incident occurred at around 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 in the area of Ponus Ridge Road near Greenley Road. When police arrived, they found an unoccupied van that had crashed into trees.
