Ken was born on September 27, 1939 in Bayonne, NJ, youngest of 4 brothers born to Eugene and Cecilia (Paulson) McGahren. He graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City in 1968 and was registered to practice in New York and Connecticut. New York State has the most cases with 102. Other states now investigating cases are Connecticut, New Jersey, California, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah and Washington.
