A lawyer and friend of Fotis Dulos charged in the murder of missing Fairfield County missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, pleaded not guilty to a conspiracy to commit murder charge.
Kent Mawhinney, 54, who has been behind bars since his arrest on Jan. 7, appeared in Superior Court in Stamford for less than a minute on Thursday, Feb. 20, in order to enter his plea.
Mawhinney is a central figure in the high-drama case of the murder of Jennifer Dulos, who was last seen on Friday, May 24, 2019, after dropping off her five children at school in New Canaan.
