45-Year-Old Woman Killed, Man Critical In Wrong-Way I-84 Crash A 45-year-old Connecticut woman is dead and a man is in critical condition following a wrong-way driver crash on I-84. The collision took place in New Haven County around 6:20 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 10, in Waterbury. A 2004 Honda Accord was traveling in the wrong direction on I-84 when it caused two other vehicles to crash, said the Connecticut State Police. Killed in the crash was 45-year-old Fairfield County resident Francisa Jessennia Cortez-Arias of Danbury. 39-Year-Old Killed In 3-Vehicle Crash At Hudson Valley Intersection One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in the Hudson Valley. The Orange County incident happened Friday, Aug. 19 in the Town of Crawford. A 1995 Chevy van operated by Shawn Dehann, age 33, was traveling eastbound on Route 17K when he entered the intersection with Route 302, Crawford Police said.  A 2005 Chevy Equinox operated by Samantha Meyer, age 42, of Pine Bush was traveling southbound on Route 302 and collided with the van at the intersection, according to police. Numerous Vehicles Burglarized While In New Canaan Parking Lots, Police Say Police are once again reminding residents to lock their vehicles and remove their key fobs after reports of numerous vehicle larcenies in parking lots in Fairfield County. According to New Canaan Police Chief Leon Krolikowski said that since January there have been 25 vehicles stolen and 30 thefts from vehicles in New Canaan. One of those thefts took place on Friday, Aug. 6, when the owner of a Ford Escape reported a pocketbook was taken from the center console of her vehicle which was left unlocked.  The owner reported the larceny occurred on Thursday, August 5, between 5:15 p.m. and…
