Northern Westchester Man Accused Of Raping Woman At His Home A 39-year-old man is facing a felony charge after being accused of raping a woman in his Northern Westchester home earlier this month. Officials announced that Carlos Ical of Peekskill is facing charges that include a felony count of first-degree rape, as well as criminal possession of a weapon, assault and criminal obstruction of breathing dating back to an incident on June 1.
