Westchester County Association Starts Search For New CEO/President The Westchester County Association has officially started its search to fill the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. As Westchester’s leading economic development and business advocacy organization, the WCA has developed a seven-member search committee chaired by Jeff Menkes, President and CEO of The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital and a key member of WCA’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Westchester County Association Will Merge With Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp Two of the area’s leading business advocacy organizations will soon become one, following the announcement of a major merger between the Westchester County Association and the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp.The deal, announced on Tuesday, Jan. 29, will center on strengthening the economy in the Hudson Valley. The new organization - which has not been given a designated name - is expected to take effect later this year.
