Convicted Drug Dealer From Northern Westchester Gets 24-Year Sentence A convicted felon with six previous convictions is heading back behind bars for selling cocaine throughout Putnam County. Peekskill resident Omar Miles has been sentenced to 24 years in state prison after being found guilty in September of three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He had faced 36 years in prison. While on parole in October last year, Miles sold cocaine on three different occasions in Putnam.
