Officers from the Westchester County Police Department were dispatched to Beverly Road on Thursday, Sept. 27, where there was a report of a man who had passed out behind the wheel of a car. The man was woken up by the officers, and proceeded to state that he was “suffering from a severe headache that had made it impossible for him to continue driving.” he was subsequently transported to Westchester Medical Center for treatment on the headaches.
