Burglar Caught Climbing Out Of Mount Kisco Window, Police Say A man was caught climbing out of a second-story window after allegedly breaking in and attempting to steal commemorative coins from the home, police said. Officers from the Westchester County Police Department responded to a residence on Main Street in Mount Kisco at approximately 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, when the homeowner returned home and found that someone was unexpectedly inside. Police said that upon arrival, two officers saw Alfredo Arteaga, who has no listed address, attempting to flee by climbing out of a second-story window and took him into custody.
