POUND RIDGE, N.Y. – The Pound Ridge Elementary School PTA is seeking new members.

The goal of the PRES PTA is to enrich the education of the students, foster school and community spirit, and build strong partnerships between teachers and parents.

Membership dues are $25 for one family member and $30 for two. Membership dues help fund the many programs the PTA sponsors throughout the school year and allows members to vote on PTA resolutions.

The membership dues only pay a small portion of the PTA’s operating expenses. Consequently, the group holds various fundraisers throughout the year and members are encouraged to volunteer and participate.
