The new Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in Yorktown Heights at 3200 Crompond Rd., will open on Wednesday, June 26.
According to a company spokesperson, the eatery, known for its burritos, bowls, and tacos, will feature a "Chipotlane," a drive-thru lane for customers to pick up their digital orders.
Additionally, another incentive for prospective visitors will be the new Chicken al Pastor menu item, which is prepared with a marinade of seared morita peppers, ground achiote, and a splash of pineapple.
To make sure customers are comfortable while they eat, the restaurant will also boast an all-new design format that includes a wood tile floor, corten art wall, corten ceiling elements, and new wall finishes.
