Lane Closure: Parkway In Westchester To Be Affected In Multiple Municipalities

Officials are advising motorists who travel in Westchester to watch out for an upcoming lane closure that will affect traffic on a busy parkway in multiple municipalities.

The closure will affect the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison and Scarsdale.

A single lane of the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Exit 14 (Route 127) in Harrison and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale will close on both Wednesday, June 12, and Thursday, June 13, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.

Officials added that the closure will last between 7:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. both days.

The closure will allow crews to perform bridge work.
