Pound Ridge Readies For Roadside Spring Clean

POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Pound Ridge is holding its annual Roadside Spring Clean and is offering pickup bags for people who want to volunteer.

Bags, according to the town's announcement, are available for pickup at the town house, which is located at 179 Westchester Ave., and at the Town Park on Sunday, May 1. Bags will also be available on Pound Ridge Pride Day, which is on Sunday, June 5.

The Roadside Spring Clean, the town adds, is a chance for people during the month of May to pick up litter locally. Bags filled with litter will be picked up on the week of Monday, June 6, according to the town.
