Pound Ridge Library Hosting 'Magnet Makers'

POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Are you curious about how magnets work? The Pound Ridge Library will host a program demonstrating their properties at a gathering called "Magnet Makers."

The program is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. Topics include, the library notes, exploring magnetism's properties and viewing a magnetic force field.

"Enjoy a magnetic tug of war as you feel the power of magnets made with electricity," the announcement adds.
