Man Busted Transporting 54 Pounds Of Pot In Stop Of Lexus On Hutch, Police Say Westchester County Police busted a man transporting 54 pounds of marijuana on the Hutchinson River Parkway. Boston resident Simon Huang, 22, was driving a Lexus northbound on the parkway in New Rochelle when he was stopped for a traffic violation at approximately 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, near Weaver Street, police said. While speaking with Huang, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the back of the sedan.
