Wanted: Have You Seen This Suspect At Large In Hudson Valley?
Have you seen him? New York State Police investigators from Haverstraw have issued an alert for a man wanted on drug charges dating back to a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway in New Windsor. According to police, 28-year old Andrew Holden was driving on the Thruway when he was stopped in New Windsor. During that traffic stop, troopers said that Holden was found to be in possession of heroin, a hypodermic needle and crack cocaine.
