Offensive Images, Words Spray Painted On Public Property In Westchester Police in Northern Westchester are searching for the person responsible for spray-painting racist graffiti. The graffiti was discovered in Yorktown where the Taconic Parkway passes over the Croton Reservoir northbound on Saturday, May 21. The graffiti, which was signed with the initials JJC, was done in blue spray paint and said "Jackson C. Two Lanes On I-684 Reopen This story has been updated. Two lanes on southbound I-684 have reopened after a crash toward the tail end of the Wednesday morning commute. The I-684 southbound incident occurred at the Saw Mill Parkway junction (Exit 5) in Katonah at about 8:30 a.m. An earlier crash led to the closure of the northbound lanes of the Taconic Parkway at Exit 23 (Bryant Pond Road) in Putnam Valley.
