Man Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Jumping From Overpass
A man is in critical condition after jumping from an overpass bridge in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County around 11:15 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 16 at Route 59 and Dutch Lane in Spring Valley. According to the Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps, who administered emergency medical care to the man, he was safely extricated from the ground using specialized equipment and transported to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla in critical condition. Person Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Being Hit By Train
A person is in critical condition after being struck by a train in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County early Monday, July 10 at 1 Municipal Plaza in the village of Spring Valley. Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps responded to the scene and found that the person was heavily pinned under the New Jersey Transi train, which required a prolonged extrication. A Spring Hill Captain requested a Medevac helicopter due to the prolonged extrication, but due to the severe storms, it was unable to fly, the department said. Man Injured In Deck Collapse At Hudson Valley Home, Police Say
One person has been injured after a second-story deck collapsed in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place around 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 14 in Rockland County at a residential home in the Hillcrest area of the Town of Ramapo. One 58-year-old victim was transported to the hospital by Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps & Rockland Paramedic Services, Ramapo Police said. The incident took place in Rockland County around 8:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 27, at Ramapo High School at 400 Viola Road, said the Ramapo Police. A woman accused of driving while impaired by drugs and her child were rushed to Westchester Medical Center after a head-on crash with a van. in Rockland County It happened on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at about 10 a.m. in Ramapo on Route 45 and Windsor Circle, police said.
