Westchester Man With DWI Conviction Busted Driving Without Interlock Device, Police Say A man with a previous DWI conviction was busted for allegedly illegally driving a vehicle when he was stopped for not wearing his seatbelt in Westchester, police said. A Scarsdale officer on patrol at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, spotted village resident Nagasaki Iturriaga, 36, driving east on Mamaroneck Road near the Post Road intersection without a seatbelt on, prompting a traffic stop. During the traffic stop at the intersection of Ridgecrest West and Fenimore Road, Iturriaga was only able to produce a passport and told police that his driver’s license had been revoked. A…
