Traffic Signal Worker Thrown From Bucket In Stamford An electrician working to help replace all of the traffic lights along Greenwich Avenue was left dangling in the air after being hit by a concrete truck, according to Stamford Police. The 27-year-old Bristol resident was working on a traffic signal from the bucket of his truck when the incident occurred Tuesday morning, said Sgt. Andrew Gallagher.
